10 why’s Massage Guns are a Waste of Money don’t Waste your Money

My main reason that a buy like this can be such a waste of money is a simple fact you buy a 500 massage gun, use it a couple of times, and find out it’s not for you.

I’ve done this my life; piss me off to waste so much money!

So I tell all my friends to buy a cheap one off eBay or something. If you find yourself using it all the time and enjoying it, then at this point, go out and buy top-of-the-line!

I’ve written some posts on the best of the best.

1 buy a massage tool that breaks right away

There are some cheap massage guns out there. There are some for less, but you start getting into the cheap battery’s risk, which can be dangerous.

There have been instances where are cheap battery has exploded and caught fire. So play it safe and spend a Lil more money, and by a little, I mean 100 dollars or more that’s a lot of money to me, but in the massage gun world, it’s not.

The high-end massage guns run as high as 600 dollars; the way I see it, I can buy six massagers before, haha, and I still use mine for 3 years as of this year, so don’t waste your money! This is why I say keep your cheapest price point around 100 dollars.

2 buy a massage gun that’s dose way more than you need

I’ve made so many Impulse; really think about a purchase made I make one these days, so my doesn’t waste your money and go out and buy the massager with all the bells and whistles; most of the options are not needed.

I wrote a couple of posts on this. It would be best to decide what you’re needed for a massager, like how much you work out and even the activities you’re trying to recover from.

It’s different from someone that does CrossFit to someone that is a Factory worker who needs to recover from repetitive motion and then recover from Exercise.

3 buy a massage gun and never use it again

They can hurt. These massage guns are very powerful and can be painful for some people.

You do not want to use them if you have nerve pain or if you have not fully recovered from an injury. If you have a problem with blood clotting or other blood vessel problems, you’ll want to stay away from percussion massage.

For the most part, most people will be fine using massage guns; just a few things to keep in mind if a massage gun is not going to work for you.

When using a massager of any type, you can listen to the body; if it hurts or does not feel good, stop. This is not the time, no pain, no gain moment, which is a stupid ideology, but that is how we are.

Many of us push hard and sometimes push too hard and cause more harm than good. One of my biggest points in not buying the 500-dollar massage guns is the fact that it’s a lot of money to spend and then finds out it’s not for you.

I tell everyone to buy a cheap one off FB or eBay, see if you like it, then go buy top-of-the-line. There’s a lot of hype around the massage gun, and for a good reason; they are amazing machines, but they’re not for everybody.

4 buy a massage gun and make your body hurt more

So when looking into a massage gun for recovery is one thing, but if you’re having some nerve pain, I recommend against a massager of any type the vibration and Percussion.

These percussion massagers are very powerful; some can apply as much as 60lb of force, and if you hit a nerve, you’ll feel it. For most people, they will be fine and learn real quick where not to run the massager.

But if your nerves are already inflamed or some other damage, this can cause more problems for you.

Just listen to the body; at no point should massage be painful; no pain, no gain mota does not apply here!

The body will tell you a lot of what not to do; listen, lol.

Over uses a massager a girl died from this she had Rhabdomyolysis, also known as rhabdo this is when.

Rhabdomyolysis (often called rhabdo) is a serious medical condition that can be fatal or result in permanent disability. Rhabdo occurs when damaged muscle tissue releases its proteins and electrolytes into the blood. These substances can damage the heart and kidneys and cause permanent disability or even death.

Her trainer kept running a massager gun on her legs; after she was already in rhabdo, her Muscle broke down, and she lost blood and muscle tissues through her Urine crazy case but sadly passed after being rushed to the Hospital.

5 buy a massage gun on an impulse buy

So these power massagers can seem like a dream machines, and they are, but some people will use them a couple of times, drop them, and never use them again.

So this is why I’m always telling friends to buy a cheap one. If you use it all the time for a couple of months, then buy a high-dollar massager.

But hey, if you make a lot of money, go for it; lol; you will love the 500-dollar massager like Theragun or TimTam! Are unbleliverble massagers. But for me, anything over 100 dollars, I need to consider whether I need this item or not, lol.

6 buy a massage gun into the hype

Have you seen the hype on a product where ever this high sale commission is? Well, massage guns are excellent and outstanding for what they are buying; what’d, like to say, is DONT BUT INTO THE HYPE; I wish someone told me this when I was first shopping you have to resize that company’s spend millions of o dollars to sell people on the pump and hype this is why I always put things I want to to buy in my shopping cart leave it for a couples days and see if I still like it?

I often change my mind or realize it was something I didn’t need anyway.

And for this point is why I always tell friends to go with a cheap massager. First, you can get them cheap as 30 bucks.

If you like it and use it a lot, then upgrade, but if you seem never to use it, well, a 30-dollar paperweight does not hurt as badly as a 500-dollar shelf item, lol.

So, save your money, start small and move your way up!

This is an excellent idea in every way of life, even when buying cars or any sizable investment.

7 buy a massage gun and don’t need one

Everyone can befit from a massage tool, but would you buy and be disappointed? YES.

Why are massagers like these unsuitable for everyone and not suitable for every type of recovery need?

Percussion massagers are bad, very bad if there is nerve damage, and probably should be avoided.

If your Muscle is sore, it’s best to say way for this type of massage until the body naturally recovers.

People have died from massaged damage to Muscle.

8 buy massage gun that is too cheap

I’ve bought too cheap on many things in life, and a massage gun. Some of these cheap massagers have been known for the batteries to catch fire on the cheaper ones, where they suffer quality.

For this resolution, why’d never buy a massage tool like their performance massagers, no less than 100 or 130? Thinking less, you are getting cheap batteries.

9 buy a massage gun that to exsepincves

At some point, you’re wasting your money. Say if you were looking to buy a work car do you go out and buy a brand new BMW? No, most people will go out and buy a reliable honda or something that will get good gas mpg and reliability.

So there are massager guns that can be overkill for what you’re trying to compitish

10 buy a massage gun when you have some underlying condition that can be inflamed

So the most significant thing to watch out for is nerve damage. Most people want to avoid massage guns with nerve damage, nerve problems, or nerve pain.

Massage should never be painful, whether receiving it for someone or a massage tool! Just listen to the body. The vibration and pounding will cause more damage and reaction problems.

Massage can make old injuries and damaged areas flare up during old inflammation and pain, seeming that the massage is cursing more pain or harm than good. This can be the case. Still, old inflammation that has gone dormant could also be brought up. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. Learning the difference between the two is the hardest thing to understand.

The body is a fantastic fashion that fights aghast all odds for what we put through to what life puts on us!

Summary

The story, in short, doesn’t waste your money! On the best of the best to find out you don’t even like massage tools or massage guns.

Start with a cheaper massage gun, see how you like it, then move up a lot easier to through away  100 massage guns than a 500-dollar massage gun just saying, lol.

Also, understand the types of conditions a massage tool may be wrong for, like nerve problems and older people with bone or blood clotting problems; this could be dangerous.

For most people, you’ll love a massage gun and find lots of befits for them; thanks for reading my post. Feel free to share with friends and family.
